Is the Flash series comic accurate?

None of the charcters’ origin story in Flash TV series are correct compared to comics. Jay Garrick’s origin is similar to Flash/Barry Allen. And he was the first Flash in DC comics not Barry Allen.

Is Reverse-Flash and zoom the same?

The difference is, Prof. Zoom is Eobard Thwane aka 2nd Reverse flash, he is a true speedster like Flash. Eobard is arch rival of Barry Allen ie 2nd Flash. Zoom is Hunter Zolomon, also he is 3rd reverse flash, He is not Prof.
