#5: Oswald Cobblepot (Penguin) For Burton’s 1992 film, Batman Returns, Danny DeVito played a more grotesque, deformed version of Cobblepot that made him a sideshow freak – a living, breathing fish boy with flipper hands. It would have been great to see Cobblepot as a mob boss at some point in The Dark Knight Trilogy.
