The two most common exams that MBA Aspirants attempt every year are CAT and NMAT….Mode of exam:

Is NMAT tougher than CAT Quora?

Yes NMAT is easier than CAT mainly because of the fact that the competition is very less in NMAT as compared to CAT. In general, NMAT is way more easier than CAT. CAT or Common Admission Test is the most widely-attempted admission exam in India that is conducted by the IIMs every year.

Should CAT have NMAT before?

NMAT is way easier than CAT, and most of the candidates who prepare for CAT can easily attempt NMAT. So, if you are well prepared for CAT, NMAT should not be an issue. Apart from some minor topics, most topics also remain the same for both the exams.

What is difference between NMAT and cat?

The major difference between NMAT and CAT is that the former allows a candidate three attempts while in latter, they can appear only once in a year. Conducted by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), NMAT is a very popular entrance exam in India. Especially, because it is flexible and modelled on GMAT.

How hard is NMAT compared to cat?

As per my experience, NMAT is an easy exam as compared to CAT. The difficulty level of CAT is much higher than NMAT. VA – 36 questions and 28 minutes. LR – 36 questions and 40 minutes. Quant and DI – 36 questions and 52 minutes. As per my experience, NMAT is an easy exam as compared to CAT.

What is the difficulty level of NMAT?

What is the difference between the NMAT and the GMAT?

There is vast comparison between the two. GMAT is a 3.30 hr Exam where as NMAT is a 2.00 hr exam . The format for the 2 differs as well. GMAT has one additional section i.e Analytical Reasoning besides the standard Verbal , LR / DI and Quants , whereas NMAT does not consist of any such section.
