No. To receive TSA PreCheck®, you must include your Known Traveler Number (your CBP PASSID for Global Entry, NEXUS, or SENTRI members) in the appropriate field of your airline reservation, and the TSA PreCheck® indicator must be displayed on the boarding pass to access the lanes.

TSA PreCheck® provides expedited security screening benefits for flights departing from U.S. Airports. Global Entry provides expedited U.S. customs screening for international air travelers when entering the United States. Global Entry members also receive TSA PreCheck® benefits as part of their membership.
Do I need both NEXUS and Global Entry?
There are no additional requirements for a member to use the NEXUS lanes coming into the U.S. However, Global Entry cards are not valid for entry into Canada via the NEXUS lanes and kiosks; travelers must apply separately for NEXUS.

Do I need both TSA PreCheck and Global Entry?
You do not need both Global Entry and TSA PreCheck. TSA PreCheck can expedite security through American airports, while Global Entry is a good choice for international travelers required to pass through customs upon their return. If you have Global Entry, you’ll also receive all the benefits of TSA PreCheck.
