Is manga Goku stronger than manga Vegeta?

Even though training with others typically yields better results in Dragon Ball, Goku had since far surpassed both Piccolo and Gohan. Along with the fact that Vegeta is simply naturally stronger than Goku, it’s fitting he’s reintroduced as the stronger Super Saiyan.

First: Goku from the Manga isn’t weaker because he hasn’t absorbed God Ki in Base. That would be implying that his Super Saiyan God is equal to the Anime’s version to begin with, which it isn’t. It’s because Anime SSG Goku has better feats that he’s stronger. Everybody knows Anime Goku’s feats, so let’s not talk about that.
