Is it better to swim in a lake or ocean?

The salt water in the ocean will make you float better than in fresh water. This makes swimming a little bit easier. The sea generally doesn’t have vertical walls to push off of, unless you have a special dock. This can make swimming laps in a pool a bit easier.
