NIT Manipur is more preferred than SOE CUSAT. The syllabus of NIT Manipur is more advanced and application-oriented than SOE CUSAT. A degree from NIT/IIT will be helpful in future abroad studies as they get special consideration which other local universities cannot provide.

How is CUSAT for BTech?
CUSAT is a state University with around 28 Departments and 2 Engineering Colleges. Most of the Departments conduct post-graduate courses. In addition to the B.Tech courses at the Engineering Colleges, CUSAT offers a 5 year integrated MSc in Photonics as well as BBA-LLB and B Com LLB which are 5-year dual degree programmes.
