Is clearing NTSE necessary?

The candidates who wish to give NTSE exam in class X must have cleared the class IX examination from a recognized board. The students who have completed/appearing for the class 10th examination and are registered under Open Distance Learning (ODL) can appear for the NTSE exam.

Is NTSE compulsory for all?

NTSE is only held for 10th standard students and the exam is conducted in two different stages – Stage I and II. The first stage exam is a state-level exam and is conducted by all the Indian states and UTs….NTSE Reservation.

How many attempts are there for NTSE?

Since students studying in class 10 for the first time only can eligible, one can appear for NTSE just once.

What happens if I do not qualify for NTSE cut off 2021?

If any student secures the NTSE cut off 2021, but fails to get qualifying marks in any section, then he/she will not be selected in result. NTSE cut off 2021 stage 1 is the important factor that decides which students to be selected for stage 2 exam.

Is it okay if I can’t crack the NTSE?

It is perfectly alright if you are not able to crack NTSE. Failure in any exam doesn’t define you. Also, the difference in passing percentage and the & of no. of students appearing for the exam is very less, so one must not get disheartened by just a failure in one exam.

What are the benefits of clearing the NTSE?

The benefits are multifold- By preparing for NTSE you have set momentum that would help you prepare for competitive exams. Clearing NTSE raises confidence immensely. Obviously the scholarship is not half bad. Looks great on your portfolio (Especially if you plan to apply abroad).

When will the NTSE Stage 1 exam be conducted in 2021?

NTSE stage 1 exam has been conducted on December 12 and 13, 2021 for most of the states. NTSE stage 2 exam 2021 has been postponed due to a surge in COVID-19 cases.
