Is a 24 hour fast the same as OMAD?

So technically, OMAD and 24 hours fast are exactly the same. So when you’re eating only one meal a day at the same time every day, technically you are doing a 24-hour fast. Therefore, there is no difference between one and another. It’s basically a different name for the same protocol.
