How old was Ahsoka Tano when she left the Jedi?

The Clone Wars show begins in 22BBY, when she’s 14 years old. Her trial occurs in 19BBY – she’s 17. So we can assume she was in the 17–18 year old range when she abandoned the Jedi temple. Carrying this further, the Battle of Endor happens in 4ABY, meaning Ahsoka is only 40 years old at the end of Return of the Jedi.
