How do u spend your day at home?
The following are the five ways in which I spend a day at home:
- Early in the morning, I used to go to the park for running and some exercises.
- After coming back home I take breakfast prepared by Mom.
- Following this, I take a bath and eat my lunch.
- In the evening, I went to the park with my Grandfather.

- Read that book (series) you’ve been putting off. First on the list, is very much where you should be starting.
- Watch a documentary series on Netflix. This activity is a potential trap.
- Keep a blog/journal.
- Enrol on a free course.
- Learn a new skill.
- Set up a workout routine.
- Complete a daily puzzle.
- Meditate.
Why do I keep waking up at 5am?
For those of us who are waking up at odd times in the morning, more often than not, it’s at the same time every day – sometime around 4am or 5am. This could be because of the simultaneous rise in cortisol levels and the brain’s processing of emotional material early in the morning.
