How do you spend your morning?

Below you’ll find nine morning habits to start the day right.

  1. Wake Up Early. Early risers reap many benefits.
  2. Smile and Think Something Positive. As soon as you wake up, smile.
  3. Make Your Bed.
  4. Brush Your Teeth and Scrape Your Tongue.
  5. Drink Warm Water With Lemon.
  6. Do a Stretching Routine.
  7. Meditate.
  8. Eat a Healthy Breakfast.

How do u spend your day at home?

The following are the five ways in which I spend a day at home:

  1. Early in the morning, I used to go to the park for running and some exercises.
  2. After coming back home I take breakfast prepared by Mom.
  3. Following this, I take a bath and eat my lunch.
  4. In the evening, I went to the park with my Grandfather.

How do you spend your day at home?

  1. Read that book (series) you’ve been putting off. First on the list, is very much where you should be starting.
  2. Watch a documentary series on Netflix. This activity is a potential trap.
  3. Keep a blog/journal.
  4. Enrol on a free course.
  5. Learn a new skill.
  6. Set up a workout routine.
  7. Complete a daily puzzle.
  8. Meditate.

Why do I keep waking up at 5am?

For those of us who are waking up at odd times in the morning, more often than not, it’s at the same time every day – sometime around 4am or 5am. This could be because of the simultaneous rise in cortisol levels and the brain’s processing of emotional material early in the morning.

How do students start their day?

Teachers share how they start off the day in the classroom to get kids going, from listening music to practicing yoga.

  1. Morning Mozart. I play classical music as my students arrive.
  2. Hugs and High Fives.
