How did the Senju Clan disappear?

The main senju clan bloodline ended with tsunade. Her brother died young.. And her fiance also died. So the clan ended there.

Are Senju clans extinct?

In the Naruto Universe there are only six known Pure Senju Clan Member, Here they are… She made the Senju alive again, but not truly alive. Tsunade has no Child, it means that if she doesn’t show in Boruto: Naruto Next Generation, The Senju are extinct.

Aside from the fact Uzumaki were basically MERGED when Hashirama married Mito, and so on and so forth. That should be another explanation as to why the Senju died out. They most likely did a complete merge with the Uzumaki Clan.

Why is the Senju Clan extinct in Naruto?

The Senju clan isn’t extinct several families of the Senju clan still exist including the Hyuuga and Nara. The Senju family how ever has ceased to exist given Tsunade never had any children. The Uzumaki were attacked by multiple clans and essentially wiped out. There are only a handful left.

How did Isshiki lose control of Jigen?

Jigen was a novice monk and after Kaguya left him for dead, Isshiki assaulted Jigen, during which he shrunk himself and entered the monk’s ear in order to survive. Through having his nutrients absorbed from within his body, Isshiki began gaining control over Jigen’s body, and eventually lost full control of it.
