If you have a history of binge eating or eating disorders, don’t count calories. Your goal is to create a healthy relationship to food and eating. To do that, you need to build a solid meal plan, not count calories. Your goal is to decrease binging episodes or unhealthy behaviors—not track what goes in and out.
