Do we have to keep the Sabbath day?

Christians are not required by God to keep a Sabbath. We are free in Christ from the law. However, Christians are still meant to honor God as holy and to abide in Christ. The Sabbath is a day where we get to stop what we are doing and take time to rest from our work and spend time in God’s presence.
