Do UC schools check transcripts?
As part of the UC application process, UC Berkeley and other UC campuses do not ask applicants for transcripts, portfolios, or other supporting documents. If a student is admitted and enrolled, the official transcripts are checked against what the student reported in the application.
Do UC applications require transcripts?
UC does not require official transcripts to be sent with the application; however, you must refer to your transcript to ensure the information you enter is accurate. Send in a final, official transcript by July 1 if you are admitted.
