Do lizards drink milk?

No. Reptiles vary in their dietary needs – some like Iguanas and Tortoises are herbivores; Snakes, Monitors, and Tegus are Carnivores; many lizards are insectivores; and Turtles and some lizards are omnivores. No reptiles can eat dairy foods at all much less subsist entirely on them.

Unless there are lizard entrails/juice in the fridge, you probably do not have to clean up too much. The one issue may be salmonella, but if the lizard is thourougly frozen and not in direct contact with food, you shouldn’t be able to get sick from it.
