Hela’s power is drawn from Asgard and if Asgard is destroyed, then so is she but according to the Valkyrie, Thor also draws his powers from Asgard. Between Asgard’s destruction in Thor Ragnarok & Thor obtaining Stormbreaker in Infinity Wars, Thor did not display any powers.
