As per my experience with NIOS, I can frankly say that scoring 90\% in NIOS is not possible. NIOS board is hard in both manner Studies and checking wise. I had prepared for NIOS exams very hardly and expected to get atleast 70\% but only able to score around 60\%, which is absolutely not expected.
