Can you only draw one card per turn?

Each opponent can’t draw more than one card each turn. Whenever you or a permanent you control becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, you may draw a card. “I’m sure we can come to an arrangement.”

How many cards can you draw per turn in magic?
