Can you gain muscle while training MMA?

Although mma is generally a matter of using clean technical skills to avoid exertion on the body, you can gain lean muscle mass if you train hard and often. There’s a lot of explosive movements, high intensity training and endurance encompassed in getting athletes to a competitive standard.

The main exercises are the squat, weightlifting with the barbell, bench press and weightlifting with the neck. By doing squat with the bar help fighters in building the muscles such as quadriceps, hamstrings, buttocks.
