Can you be a psychopath with OCD?

As with other types of OCD, thoughts are persistant and automatic, despite the amount of disgust, guilt or shame they cause. People with this type of OCD may worry they will be labelled a psychopath or a paedophile or fear they may act out their impulses.

OCD appears in a LOT of different ways, and many of those ways have absolutely nothing to do with emotion. They are, very plainly, active impulses. Someone might be walking to work, move their tongue around a bit in their mouth, find a rough spot and start chewing. They aren’t late, they aren’t distressed by anything, they just starting chewing.
