One of the best ways to eat fruits off season is to preserve them for a long time meaning freeze them. You can freeze mangoes in slices or as mango pulp. NUTRIENT LEVELS REMAIN FAIRLY STABLE AFTER FREEZING. Making mango pulp is super easy and tastes of course way better than the store bought mango pulp.
