Jaggery and buttermilk are the best combination for bringing the temperature down of the body during the smoldering heat during Summers. Jaggery is termed under food increasing heat but mixed with Butter milk provides instant cool down. Mix 5-10 gm of Jaggery in 1 Glass of buttermilk.
