Generally, the following documents are required for obtaining a Domicile Certificate:

  • Proof of residences such as ration card or driving license.
  • Age proof such as birth certificate, school certificate (10th admit card), etc.
  • Two passport size photographs.
  • Proof of identity such as an Aadhaar card, PAN card, etc.

Is domicile required for up NEET 2021?

It is mandatory for aspirants to fill the application form to be eligible for UP NEET admission 2021. NEET UG applicants should be a bonafide resident of the state. In case of aspirants who have completed Class 10 and 12 from the Uttar Pradesh are not required to submit their domicile certificate.

The admission to 85\% state quota seats will be done by respective state counselling authorities. The NEET counselling for AIQ candidates will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Below are the state-wise domicile criteria of NEET 2021 which every candidate must check.

What is the eligibility criteria for NEET UG?

NEET UG applicants should be a bonafide resident of the state. In case of aspirants who have completed Class 10 and 12 from the Uttar Pradesh are not required to submit their domicile certificate. Any candidates who have passed either their Class 10 or Class 12 from any school located in the state have to provide a general domicile certificate.
