Can we give NTSE exam online?

Eligible students can fill the NTSE stage 1 application form 2021 in online mode. They will have to upload documents attested by their Principal for online NTSE registration 2021. The steps to fill the NTSE form 2021 are given below.

Is NTSE conducted by school?

Ans. NTSE exam is conducted by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). It is a prestigious national level exam, that is conducted only for 10th standard students. NTSE Exam is conducted in two different stages – Stage I and II every year.

Is Ntse free of cost?

No, there is no fee charged for NTSE registration by NCERT. However, for Level 1 (State) examination, the States/UTs may charge a registration fee.

Is it compulsory to give NTSE exam?

Candidates must hold a degree that has been approved by the board. Students who have completed or are scheduled to complete the class 10th examination and are enrolled in Open Distance Learning (ODL) are qualified to take the NTSE exam.

How do I apply for the NTSE exam in my school?

The school doesn’t conduct the NTSE exam. It is conducted by the state education department. The application form is issued by the school education department, fill it and get the signature from your principal and it has to be sent through the school to the education deparment. So ensure that your school does it.

The NTSE (National Talent Search Examination) examination is conducted every year at two levels – Stage I (State level) and Stage II (National Level). NTSE Stage I is conducted by States and NTSE Stage II is conducted by NCERT.

When will the NTSE Stage 2 exam be conducted in 2021?

Stage 1 exam will be held in December 2021 and NTSE stage II exam will be conducted in June 2022. The list of the NTSE stage 2 exam centres will be issued by the NCERT on the official website, ncert.nic.in. Students who wish to seek a change of the NTSE stage 2 exam centres 2021-22 can request for the same before the last date to be notified.
