Can we do yoga in morning before going to toilet?

Actually yoga can be done before going to toilet also. But the condition is that you should not restrict or postpond the natural surges. If you have problem of constipation you can do Pavanmuktasana (before defeacation), Ashwini mudra (before and during defeacation) and Ganesh mudra (before defeacation or at bed time).

How long should I wait to eat after yoga?

Never eat directly after yoga; give your body about 30 minutes to re-acclimate itself.

Why should you not shower after yoga?

Always take a shower after yoga class, especially if you’ve just taken an extra sweaty class like Bikram or Ashtanga yoga. Your body releases toxins when you sweat, and if you don’t shower after class, those toxins will stay on and eventually be absorbed back into your skin.
