Can Millennials Z live without social media?

Gen Z has never known a world without social media. They’ve had access to the internet and social media platforms from the get-go. Generation Z spends more time on social media compared to Millennials, but on fewer platforms. Their interests are typically more targeted.

These generations are using social media for entertainment, to create communities and learn more about products. Gen Z self-reported they spend 4.5 hours on social media daily, while Millennials spend about 3.8 hours each day.

What will happen if the internet will disappear?

In theory, this system could reduce power outages and other problems. But if the internet were to collapse, a smart grid would be crippled. Massive power outages could become a problem across any country using such a system. The loss of the internet would leave a void that other resources would need to fill.

What do millennials look for in a phone?

More than other generations, the main criteria Gen Z and Gen Y have for choosing a smartphone are design/color and multimedia capabilities such as internet browsing, music, video, etc. Let’s not forget, these generations are those who maximise the average number of activities performed on their smartphone.

Millennials are the most diverse generation in US history to date, giving them broader perspectives. A 2019 report by the Case Foundation, which studied more than 150,000 millennials, found they care most about civil rights/racial discrimination, healthcare, education, and employment.
