I agree with Daz1967, no need too remove old drivers just choose advanced/custom in the nvidia driver package and select clean install. has worked for me for years. I also uncheck 3D vision and Nvidia HD Audio as I don’t use either, I also uncheck Nvidia update as I don’t want my driver updated unless I know about it before hand.
