Can I give NIOS exam next year?

NIOS allows you to apply again in a subject, which you have already passed, for improvement of performance but only once. You have to apply for improvement in the same manner as for appearing at the first chance examination and pay the required fee.

Can I give 12th again from NIOS?

Yes you can reappears as a fresh candidate for the NIOS examination.

Can I skip class 11 NIOS?

Yes there is a compulsory class 11th in NIOS. It is mandatory to have a year gap between secondary and senior secondary level in NIOS board.

How do you do 11th Open?

NIOS does not conduct separate exam for class 11 . You can take their senior secondary exam held twice a year in April and November. All you need to have is a valid class 10 certificate and a gap of at least two years between class 10 and your Senior Secondary Exam date(Class 12).

Can 10th pass apply NIOS?

Any student who wants to take admission in Nios Open school Board Registration open for the 2022 October session can now apply. The Nios Open school Board is valid in all over India & Govt. sectors. After clearing/passing 10th & 12th class from Nios Board, students can join any Job or University & Defense.

Can I do 10th again from NIOS?

You Can Appear Again The Next Year From The Same Board. In This Every Student’s One Precious Year Is Lost As He/She Has To Re-Appear In The Next Year For The Same Exam For All The Subjects Even If He/She Has Passed In 2 Or More Subjects.

Can I do 12th without completing 11th in NIOS?

Yes. It will take 2 years for 12th in NIOS without completing 11th. Yes you can do that but all you need is a minimum 2 year gap from the year when you had passed your class 10th.

What is the time gap between 10th passing year and NIOS?

If there is a time gap of two or more than two years between your 10th passing year and the session of your admission in NIOS, then you would get first opportunity to sit for public examination after exactly one year from the session of your admission and subsequently get your result.

Can I switch from NIOS to CBSE after 10th standard?

After 10th standard you can directly take admission in 12th standard, in the NIOS. But, remember, in the NIOS 12th standard your course is of 11th+12th standards combined. If you did your 10th from NIOS, and now, you want to switch your board from NIOS to CBSE, then you can easily do that. There is no restriction, or issue regarding that.

What is NIOS board exam?

NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) conducts X and XII th Board exams. It is equivalent to CBSE,ICSE and the State boards. It is recognized by the Central and State governments. NIOS is for those students who are not able to pursue regular studies in normal schools.
