Can I enter the UK before my Tier 4 visa starts?

If you wish to arrive to the UK greater than 7 days in advance of your program start date, you may still do so, but you would be entering as a tourist and therefore would need to exit the UK and re- enter under your Tier-4 sometime after your Tier-4 validity has started.
