Are Greeks really Albanians?

Not much. Albanians are a homogeneous ethnic group, meanwhile Greeks are a heterogeneous “nation” of different ethnic groups(including : Arvanites, Aromanians, Slavs, Anatolian turks, Arabs, Jewish, Armenians, Persians etc…)

All Balkan people except for Albanians and Greeks are closely related with almost ~75+\% match in between them. You have two races of Albanians : Gheg and Tosk race. Tosk race is ONLY strongly related to South/Central Greeks and Turks, and relatively related to South Serbians, Eastern Bulgarians, Eastern Montenegrin’s, North Greeks.

Are Bosnian and Croatian Serbs similar in haplogroups to Serbs from Serbia?

Serbs from Croatia and Bosnia basically have the same amount of North and South Slavic haplogroups, whereas I2a is way higher than R1a in Serbs from Serbia. Comparing these two results, we can see that Bosnian and Croatian Serbs have more R1a and less I2a than Serbs from Serbia.

What is the most similar ethnicity to South Slavs?
