They are not too proud to crowdsource solutions or ask for information/advice when it will move the project forward. They can make decisions without jumping to conclusions.

  2. Talk about how you listened and made changes when a boss.

Webster describes or define “Critical feedback” as “the act of critizing unfavourably!” Feedback is in other words is based on Perception! When we see that someone sees us in ‘Less than positive light’, we feel devastated! It takes an open mind to be able to listen to an opposing view – more so if it is about us!

Why do you want to work in this position?

Mention any skills or work experience that makes you a unique, strong candidate for the job. If possible, use numbers to express how you can add value to the business. For example, if you saved your previous company a certain amount of money, mention this, and say that you want to do the same for this company.

How do you ask for critical feedback?

Show that you really want their suggestions. For example: “One of my goals this year is to get some candid feedback about how I can be most effective at work, so I’d like to ask you a couple of questions. I am very interested in your opinion, and I really want you to be honest.” Do not debate or argue.
