Marks and option to appear for the examinations at the later date would depend on the way their result is calculated.

What if CBSE cancels 29 CBSE Class 12 board exams?

CBSE would be conducting the examinations for the cancelled 29 papers at a later date, when it is conducive to conduct the examination. Class 12 students have an option of appearing for these papers at that time. Marks scored by the students opting for the examination at a later date would be considered as final.

Compared to last year, the number of students scoring 95\% and above has increased by 118.6\% and those getting 90\% and above by 67.48\% this year in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 12 results announced on Monday.
