What has today’s training taught you about yourself?
Just as you lay your head on your pillow and your brain slips into that deeper zone, your awareness reveals that whilst today’s training course added skills to your portfolio, it was the fact that you found the courage, confidence and leadership to lead the team through the biggest project they’d ever faced that taught you about you.

Do you take time to reflect on your year?
Well, I know it’s not the New Year, which is when yearly reflection usually takes place, but seeing as I enjoy going deep-sea diving with my thoughts, I felt it appropriate to take my own time and reflect on some things I’ve learned over the past year about myself.
