What can you smell in a bakery?

At my favorite bakery it’s a combination of at lest 5 kinds of bread, cookies, rolls, cakes, and pies. I think the combination is more magic than any one element. The smell of delicious breads and pastries baking. There are many wonderful smells in shops.
