What is New Mangalore Port known as?

It is called New Mangalore Port to distinguish it from the old harbour or port located in Mangalore city which is called Mangalore bunder or Hale bunder. It is also known as the Panambur Port. It is located in Dakshina Kannada district, at a site called Panambur of Karnataka.
