Which attempt is considered in NMAT?

In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, Naseer Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) has decided to accept only first attempt scores this year for the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Management Aptitude Test (NMAT).

Does Nmims accept retake NMAT score?

NMIMS has campuses at Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Indore. NMIMS will accept candidates from the NMAT Main examination only i.e. the first take of NMAT exam. No NMAT Retake score will be accepted.

Is best score taken in Nmat?

Candidates appearing for the NMAT by GMAC exam (earlier called NMIMS Management Aptitude Test) will get three attempts in the 75-day test cycle this year onwards, the Graduate Management Admission Council has said. The move means candidates can submit the best score of the three attempts to a B-School of their choice.

Can I take the Nmat twice?

The option to retake the test is present in the ‘Retake’ tab in the dashboard of the candidate’ account. Candidates have to wait 15 days before retaking the NMAT exam again. It is subject to payment of the application fee. Candidates can retake the NMAT exam twice during the 74-day test window.

Is 200 a good score in NMAT first attempt?

If you have scored 200 in first attempt and 185 in second attempt then the score 200 will be considered. In NMAT, the best of 3 scores are taken . In your case the better of two scores ie. the first one would be considered. NMAT releases a scaled score for every candidate after the whole test window is over.

What does NMAT percentile score mean?

Another example: if your NMAT percentile score is 88, this means that 12 percent of the exam takers scored higher than you. If you have an NMAT score of 74, then 26 percent of the NMAT exam takers got higher scores. And so on.

Can I Send my NMAT scores to more than 7 schools?

However, if you wish to send your scores to more than 7 schools or programs, you must pay an additional NMAT Registration fee. Can apply to business schools after reviewing NMAT results: One can view their NMAT results and then decide if they want to apply to business schools or wish to sit for a retake.

How to choose a convenient NMAT exam date?

Choosing a date, time, and location of your convenience: A long testing window allows you to choose a convenient NMAT Exam Date. The 75-day test window opens in the first week of October and extends till the third week of December.
