Why do we keep people in our lives?

When we spend in-person time with loved ones, we are reminded of what really matters in life, and we have to opportunity to be fully present in the present moment. Making time for your loved ones, will give you the opportunity to feel loved, happier, less alone and to be physically healthier.

Why is it important to have good friends?

Friends bring more happiness into our lives than virtually anything else. Friendships have a huge impact on your mental health and happiness. Good friends relieve stress, provide comfort and joy, and prevent loneliness and isolation. Developing close friendships can also have a powerful impact on your physical health.

Why do people come back into life?

There can be people who keep coming back into your life because they seek approval and validation, and you can make them feel understood. They’re insecure and even attention-seeking. Don’t let them use you as an ego boost or to make themselves feel worthy or attractive.

Why do people become friends?

Friends help us and support us through the ups and downs of life. When you have good friends looking out for you, it’s easier to deal with the trials that life throws your way. When you’re young, it’s much easier to make friends. In school, you’re surrounded by people your age with similar interests.

Do people enter each other’s lives for a reason?

Some people believe that there is a bigger plan behind the entry and exit of every individual in our life. If we expand our perspectives a bit, even the biggest skeptics could see this intricate design between every human being. A lot of people believe that people enter each other’s lives for either “ a Reason, a Season or a Lifetime”.

Why do people appear in Your Life?

Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they were meant to be there. They are meant to serve some sort of purpose, to teach you a lesson, or to help you figure out who you are and who you want to become. People do not just randomly appear into our lives, there is a reason behind it.

Is there a reason for everything in life?

There is a reason for everything. “We don’t meet people by accident. They are meant to cross our paths for a reason.” –Unknown I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, whether we know the reason or not. Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they were meant to be there.

Why do we meet these people?

These people are not meant to last for the long road ahead. They are an enjoyable pathway to get us to where we need to go. These people are needed to arrive exactly at the time and place you met them – to transport you to the next level of your life journey. You meet these people for a reason – even if they are only here for a season.
