  1. Check if you have an active plan with validity on your Jio number.
  2. Check if your mobile phone is compatible with Jio 4G.
  3. Ensure your Android or iOS mobile phone is updated with the latest device software.
  4. Ensure the network settings on your device are enabled.

Why is Jio not connecting calls?

If the issue persists, try changing your battery mode (Settings -> Battery / Power settings) to disable Power saving mode to normal OR manually add JioCall (Settings -> Battery / Power -> Manage apps battery usage) as exception to enable network access for the app when device goes asleep.
