I hate to break it to you, but that foul smell coming from your fish tank could be the remains of a much-loved fish. A rotting fish stinks and can fill your room with a horrible odor. If you have a tank full of decorations or plants, a dead fish can be difficult to spot.

Tetras are very sensitive to changes in water conditions. It means they are not the best fish to put in a newly cycled tank; they will do much better in an established one. It is not advisable to keep them with fish that enjoy messing up the water. They enjoy warmer water when compared to some fishes.

Do frogs eat neon tetras?

With a fairly small size, you can count on them not eating the neon tetra. They like conditions similar to the neon tetra in the fish tank and are pretty low maintenance as well. Just make sure that you keep the frogs well fed so that they do not try and eat any smaller fish in the aquarium.
