What is difference between Nier automata and replicant?

Nier Replicant is a prequel to Nier Automata that was released in 2010 only in Japan. Square Enix, the developers, decided to remaster it & launch it in the western countries. The combat is similar to Nier Automata but the story is very different & original.

Is Nier Replicant a different game?

The original Nier had two different releases; Gestalt and Replicant. Replicant is an identical story and game to the Gestalt version released in the West, just with a different protagonist. You’ll go to the same places and do the same things while on the same mission.

Is Emil immortal NieR?
