We’re probably all guilty of wearing our PJs for a few nights too long, but you might be surprised at how often you should actually be changing your pyjamas. Boux experts recommend changing your PJs after three to four nights (although you can go a few days extra if you shower before bed!).

How many nights in a row should you wear the same pajamas?
If you’re not sick and sweaty, you can comfortably re-wear the same pajamas three to four times between washes. That is probably longer than you expected! If you shower every night before bed and only wear your pajamas to sleep, you can get away with a few more wears in-between washes.
How many pajamas does a woman need?
