How bad is AC in high school?
If you get one C in an honors class, in most circumstances, it will not negatively impact you. Most students that take honors classes don’t end up getting a perfect score on their first try. In fact, many Honor classes in a High School will take that C and see it as a B because it’s an honors class.
Does UC consider 9th grade?
UCs do look at courses you take in freshman and senior years; the grades and rigor of your coursework are considered in context of your overall curriculum.
