Why it is called Chicken do Pyaza?

The finest do pyaaza I have come across is really a much simpler dish and makes perfect sense.Do pyaaza, a dominant myth around the dish says, came into being as a way to increase quantities without increasing the amount of meat in the dish. It is meat cooked with double the amount of onions, and hence the name.
