How do Nandos make their chicken?

Our chickens are marinated for at least 24 hours before being cooked. Every oven in Nando’s kitchens is pre-programmed to ensure chicken is cooked thoroughly and each batch is temperature checked before serving to ensure it has reached at least 75 degrees.
