Do Ahsoka and Obi Wan meet again in Rebels?
Ahsoka, Anakin and Obi-Wan briefly met again before Order 66, intending to hunt down Maul together, but Anakin and Obi-Wan were called back to rescue Chancellor Palpatine. This would be the last Ahsoka would ever see either of them as friends.
Why did Ahsoka’s face change in Rebels?
Probably due to the fact that Rebels is the first Series done completely by Disney. Disney purchased Lucasfilm, the year after season 3 debuted. Also as clone wars progressed Snips actually started to look a little more like that future version, and it seems Rebels Ashoka is even older than that.

The lightsabers are very thin in Rebels because they are based largely off of Ralph McQuarie’s art. There, he made the lightsabers very thin. In universe, we see thin lightsabers in Star Wars IV, V, and VI.
