What happens if an equipment becomes a creature?
An Equipment that becomes a creature can’t be attached to a creature. If you play Karn’s Touch on an attached Equipment, it becomes unattached and stays in play as a creature. You can play the equip abilities of Equipment that are creatures, but that ability won’t do anything at all when it resolves.
How do counters work in magic?
A counter is a marker placed on an object or player that modifies its characteristics and/or interacts with a rule, ability, or effect. Counters are not objects and have no characteristics. Notably, a counter is not a token, and a token is not a counter. Counters with the same name or description are interchangeable.

Can you Unequip equipment MTG?
You can’t unequip something without equipping it to something else because the equip ability requires a target. If you give the creature protection from artifacts (e.g. via Tower of the Magistrate), that causes the equipment to fall off.
Do counters stay MTG?
No, the counters stay where they are. Counters are a separate entity once they are placed on a permanent. If a creature says “other creatures get +1+1” and then leaves the battlefield, the bonus is lost. And if a creature with +1+1 counters on it leaves the battlefield, the counters go away.
Can an equipment be a creature?
An equipment cannot be attached to something while it’s a creature. It is still an equipment (an acid web spider will destroy it) but the second it becomes a creature it falls off.
What happens to equipment when creature dies MTG?
Nothing. It stays on the battlefield, not equipped to anything.
Does exile count as dying?
If the creature goes to the graveyard and then moves to exile, then it counts as dying. However, if it goes to exile instead of the graveyard, then it does not count as dying.
Do vehicles have summoning sickness?
You may notice that vehicles have a power and toughness, just like creatures do. However, vehicles themselves are susceptible to summoning sickness — you can always crew a vehicle and use it to block, but you can’t attack with it the turn it comes into play unless it has haste.
