As of July 2021, the number of internet connections in India significantly increased to 784.59 million, driven by the ‘Digital India’ programme.

In our estimate, there are between 4 million and 5 million e-commerce companies in the world (excluding China). North America (USA & Canada) has about 1.82 million e-commerce companies.
