Are Egyptian gods and Greek gods related?

There are none. When the Greeks and Romans took over Egypt, both invented deities that were a combination of both the Egyptian deities and their own deities — a good example of this is Serapis. But the Egyptian gods were very different than the Roman gods and the Greek gods.
