Can blood group O and AB marry?

Blood type has no effect on your ability to have and maintain a happy, healthy marriage. There are some concerns about blood type compatibility if you’re planning to have biological children with your partner, but there are options during pregnancy that can help counteract these risks.

Can O and AB+ have a baby?

Why is ABO blood type different from other blood types?

PATERNITY CAN BE RULED OUT BASED ON BLOOD TYPE MATCHING IN MANY CASES. ABO blood types can be complicated to understand. This is mostly due to the fact that the ‘O-type’ antigen is masked by the presence of an A- or B-type antigen.
